This Could Be Used For Descussions Which Only The MODs And ADMINs Are To Know About (OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT)

maybe all kages could get thier own personal general so for every kage he gets to pick his general? generals will have less powers then hokages but we'll report and look after thier hokages duties when thier away? just a suggestion xD, and can i have a definite link to the website cause when i give it to people it like DOESN'T WORK lol so i need one that will xD
